Where to Stay

Most of our students choose a homestay with a Mexican host family while they study at Cemanahuac. We also offer a conveniently located Guest House. For those who prefer to stay in a hotel, the choices are numerous in Cuernavaca.

We strongly encourage students to stay with a Mexican family through our homestay program. You will practice your Spanish around the clock as well as get valuable insights into Mexican family life and culture. Our host families are carefully selected and all homes are within easy walking distance or a short bus ride from the school. You will be welcomed as part of the family while you stay. Host families provide three meals a day.
The fee for the homestay is $31 US per day for a shared room, $41 US per day for a single room. Find out more about our homestay program.

For people who prefer to stay on their own we offer the Cemanahuac Guest House. Each of the five apartments is a two-room suite with a kitchenette and eating space in one room, a bedroom with two single beds in the adjacent room, and a full bath (shower, no tub). Guests are welcome to use the Cemanahuac pool located across the street. Restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance.

The fee for an apartment in the Guest House is $50 US per night, $270 per week, or $850 per month. Find out more about our the Guest House.
